About us
The Company
Founded in 2011, Better Practice applies design thinking to the sociotechnical systems that make work work—how people collaborate, make decisions, and improve together. We partner with teams, organizations, and communities across industries, generations, and cultures.
Through our framework, consulting practice, and Better Together platform, we help people figure out what matters, make better decisions faster, and act together with grace and accountability.
Better Teams. Better Results.
